On 7 February 2021, Wuxi AccoBio Biotech Inc. held its 2020 annual review meeting and 10th anniversary celebration. The two events marked the close of an extraordinary year and a decade of growth for the company.
Reviewing 2020
The day opened with the General Manager’s address, which recognized the team’s performance over the year and set out expectations for 2021.
In the afternoon, company leadership and staff gathered for the annual awards ceremony. Four team members were recognized with the Best Progress, Best Steed, Best Service, and Best Newcomer awards. The General Manager then presented the company’s five-year plan and gave three points of thanks:
- To the country.Without national stability through the pandemic, there would have been no space for the business to survive.
- To the health industry.As a new generation of consumers has emerged, awareness of science-based nutrition has grown sharply, and interest in health and wellness products has followed.
- To our team.A diligent and pragmatic approach to work remains the foundation of everything we do.
The heads of the export department and the HR and administration department then reported on 2020 results and set out plans covering human resources strategy, compensation structure, and team performance.
