Customer Credit Rating Services
A scientific assessment of partner credit that gives quality partners more flexible payment terms and credit support.
Standardized Quantitative Credit Assessment Model
To better support overseas customers in expanding their business while keeping bad-debt risk under strict control, we have built a standardized customer credit rating and credit-line management system. Customer credit grades are assessed across multiple dimensions — cooperation history, transaction scale, cooperation value, corporate qualifications and performance record — and serve as the core internal basis for setting credit limits and payment-term policy.
Customers in good credit standing receive fairer payment terms and credit-line support. A stable and sound performance record helps you secure better cooperation terms and build a long-term partnership that is risk-controlled and mutually beneficial.
Risk Control Statement
To ensure stable long-term cooperation on both sides, we dynamically track the status of each partnership. Where the following situations occur, the corresponding credit grade and credit rights will be adjusted downward:
View the specific downgrade situations
Insurance Claim · One-Strike Rule
A single insurance claim will lower the credit grade directly to E, with related credit rights adjusted accordingly, to strictly contain risk exposure.
Order Cancellation Without Cause · Cumulative Downgrade
Two accumulated order cancellations without reasonable cause will lower the credit grade by one level, with credit limits and payment-term rights tightened accordingly.
Overdue Default · Tiered Downgrade
Three accumulated instances of attributable overdue payment exceeding 7 days will lower the credit grade by one level, providing timely warning of overdue risk and safeguarding fund security.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about our cross-border credit and settlement services.
We support major settlement currencies such as USD, EUR and GBP. Additional currencies can be assessed and added according to your business needs.
A standard overseas customer credit investigation generally takes several working days. For companies with a complex corporate structure, the assessment period is correspondingly longer.
The rating takes effect under a standard cycle and can be re-assessed upon expiry.
Yes. The credit limit is determined by the quantitative credit assessment. As the years of cooperation, transaction scale and gross-profit contribution grow — and a sound performance record is maintained — the limit can be raised once the annual re-assessment score meets the standard. Should adverse performance such as an insurance claim, order cancellation without cause or overdue payment occur, a downgrade is triggered and the credit limit is lowered accordingly.
You may contact your account manager to submit a re-assessment application. We will recalculate the credit grade based on a full review of the cooperation; consistent performance, no overdue payments and no claim records all help improve the rating.
